The Charge Registered Nurse is responsible for the direct and indirect nursing care of all patients ranging in age from 18 years to geriatric experiencing medically complex conditions, general medical-surgical conditions, with rehabilitation and/or wound care needs.
The Charge Registered Nurse is responsible for:
the overall direction and supervision of all nursing department personnel during his/her shift.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skill to carry out the nursing process when providing care, treatment and services to patients.
Satisfies the established standards of the nursing practice, supervises, delegates, and coordinates personnel assigned to the unit and patient care.
Supervises the interdisciplinary value-focused care management system and assessed outcomes.
Promotes teamwork between physicians and personnel of other departments.
Education and/or
Experience:
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
Prefer a Registered Nurse with supervisory experience in long-term acute care or geriatric nursing.
Two or more years experience as a RN in acute care is preferred.
Completed competency for entry into Pharmacy after hours.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
A Registered Nurse who is currently licensed to practice, in good standing, by the state of employment.
Must maintain current CPR certification throughout employment.
ACLS certification required within 1 year of employment or as available courses allow. (Applies to full-time RN, Charge Nurses, ICU and PRN who routinely charge and/or work ICU.)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
