Summary / Primary Role:
Our Full Time Entry Level Management position is responsible for performing all tasks involved with business development, fundraising and client management.
This position will require learning and explaining services and products on behalf of all of our clientele.
Full Time Entry Level Management Principal Duties and
Responsibilities:
(Management may amend or assign duties and responsibilities to this job with appropriate notification) Follow directions and work as a tea to effectively execute fundraising campaigns.
Responsible for assigned events and logistics Responsible for the accurately tracking all donations and sales Ensure that all inventory is tracked and counted correctly Assist with training and helping new associates Participate in continued training opportunities provided by the senior management team Comfort working with iPads and tablet-based software Analyze the results of each event and report back to senior management Learning basic customer service techniques and client services to help with problem shooting Entry Level Management Qualifications and Key Skills:
(The following are representative of the education, experience, knowledge, skills or ability required for this position) Must be able to follow directions and work as a team Must be pleasant, professional, and possess detailed communication skills Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office.
Must have strong oral communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and execute quickly Professional Business Attire and Training Ability The position could involve standing for long periods throughout the day.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
