Business Management Trainee

We are seeking a motivated, top-notch Business Management Trainee to assist our fundraising department in expanding our reach within the local market.
The ideal Business Management Trainee will be a results-oriented and charismatic individual.
Prior Sales and/or Customer Service experience is preferred but not required.
We are looking forward to cross-training our ideal candidate in all aspects of Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, and Management.
And the training doesn't end there! We will provide you with ?comprehensive ongoing training to familiarize you with our client's products as well as with all aspects of the Customer Service and Sales cycle.
From there, your success will be driven by your personal motivation, persistence, and ability to connect with prospective customers.

Responsibilities:
Increasing revenue generation using excellent Customer Service Interact with customers and potential donors to increase revenue for our clients Serve as an expert to help educate, build rapport and increase sales Stay up to date with all compliance and event standards Attend daily meetings Manage, coach, and train new members of the team Business Management Trainee Requirements:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
